Three editions.
One subscription.

One subscription covers all three — TPF Lift, Operator, and Hybrid. Log in to whichever fits your training today, switch when it changes. Same engine underneath; different defaults on top.

Your subscription covers Lift, Operator, and Hybrid. Switch between them in Settings — your programme history and personal records follow you across all three. There is no separate purchase for each edition.

The same profile also includes TPF Benchmark (Hybrid Athlete Benchmark Scoring) — a free tool that grades your readiness across eight physical domains and four competition pathways, giving you a single HABS Score. Your scores sync automatically; no separate account needed.

Essential

Full programme builder and live stimulus analytics. One saved programme, no card required. Never expires.

Premium

Everything the engine does. Unlimited programmes, full session history, the complete analytics suite — recovery cost, e1RM trends, adaptation mix, zone distribution — multi-block periodisation, your own per-muscle volume targets, on-the-go mode, all 80+ templates and friend leaderboards.

Pro

Everything in Premium, plus the engine itself. Add your own exercises and change the factor weights that score them, so the numbers reflect exactly how you train — for lifters who want to shape the engine, not just use it.

Coach

A different job, not a bigger version of Pro. Manage every client in one place: track their injuries, programme around their preferences, and keep an eye on who’s actually following the plan. For coaches and PTIs — listed as Instructor on the Operator edition.

Military (50% off) and Blue Light (30% off) discounts apply to all paid plans on monthly and six-month billing. Verification flow at launch.

TPF Operator

For military athletes and selection candidates

Strength, conditioning, and rucking on one recovery-cost engine. Selection standards for UK and US military, police, and fire services. TPF Hybrid

For Hyrox competitors and CrossFit athletes

Strength and conditioning on one recovery budget — because Wednesday’s deadlifts cost you on Friday’s intervals. Full Metcon Builder for any format (AMRAPs, EMOMs, Hyrox station sequences, named benchmarks), zone distribution analytics across 48 conditioning modalities, and strength calibrated to leave room for the conditioning to land. For athletes building toward a race — Hyrox, a CrossFit comp, or the next 5k PB.

Common questions.

Does one subscription really cover all three editions?
Yes. Buy any paid tier and you can log in to TPF Lift, TPF Operator, or TPF Hybrid interchangeably — your history and settings follow you across all three. There is no add-on or separate purchase required.
What is TPF Benchmark and do I need a separate account?
TPF Benchmark (a HABS Score on Hybrid — an ORS on Operator) is a free companion tool that grades your readiness across eight physical domains and four competition pathways. Your TPF profile syncs with it automatically — no separate account, no separate login.
Is the Essential tier actually free, or does it expire after a trial?
Yes — no card, no clock. The Essential tier gives you the full programme builder and live stimulus analytics, plus one saved programme. That is enough to see what TPF reveals before you decide whether to pay. Premium and above add unlimited programmes, full history, and the comprehensive analytics suite.
What billing periods are available?
Three: monthly, every six months, or annual. The six-month and annual options are billed as a single upfront charge — £49.99 or £84.99 on Premium, £74.99 or £129.99 on Pro. Six months saves around 17%, and annual saves roughly 28–30% versus paying month to month.
More questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel inside the app — no hoops, no retention screens. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to Essential. Your history stays.
Can I switch editions later?
Yes. Switching between Lift, Operator, and Hybrid is a settings flip. Your training history follows you — one login, one record, all three editions.
Does it work for beginners?
Yes — but TPF is at its best once you have two or more years of consistent training behind you. The engine calibrates to your training age so beginners get sensible volumes. If you are brand new, the Quick Setup wizard generates a starting programme in under a minute.
Are there discounts for military or emergency services?
Blue Light Card holders get 30% off any paid plan. Defence Discount Service members and self-attested selection candidates get 50% off. Both discounts apply to monthly and six-month billing. Verification flow confirmed at launch.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet — the iPhone and Android apps are in build. TPF runs in any web browser today, including on your phone, so you can build at home and train from the gym with one login and one history. We will announce the app stores when the listings are live.

All figures subject to change before launch. Payment lives in the app — the marketing site only lists prices.
